  It is with greatly mixed emotions that we offer this great stallion for sale. Mixed feelings because he has been an intrigal part of our breeding program for the past 7 years and we will truly miss him when he moves on to his new home. But, we are also excited at the prospect of him going on to his next home and becoming an equally important part of their breeding program. Frenchie has been an amazing producer for us and has produced not only Futurity, Regional, National winners in almost every division, but also Grand National & World Champion Performance Champions. His foals have gone on to be show ring champions, family friends, in-valuable assets to breeding programs and just about everything in between !! But as the change of seasons we have to make changes here as well - and with the upcoming young stallions of our own breeding program coming of age, we simply can't keep them all. Frenchie is broke to ride and has been trail ridden, but his true value to us has been as a breeding stallion. He is easy to handle for hand breeding, and collecting for A.I. breeding on either a jump mare or a phantom. His semen is EXCELLENT quality for shipping and he has foals all over North America as a result. • Coulee Bend Jimmy Dean

  J.D. is a gorgeous sport horse type gelding currently standing 16.1HH. He definitely stands out in the crowd - with his one hind stocking, star, and flashy chestnut coloring with flaxen mane and tail ! He has beautiful movement, great extensions, and easy stride - it is easy to see why he is turning into a performance horse deluxe !! J.D. traveled to sunny California for the 2008 show season, where he competed in Dressage, Hunter under saddle and Hunter Pleasure. While there he amassed Regional wins in Dressage and Hunter under saddle, and added strong 2nd place finishes in large Hunter Pleasure classes. For the 2009 show season, J.D. is back in Canada and being shown in Dressage under the expert tutelage of Trish Klein of Mantario Equine Services. Considering the weather the day Mistral was born on, he couldn't have a more fitting name ! Mistral is a very leggy gelding with movement. PLUS ! He knows how to use those long legs and elegant neck to their fullest advantage. Mistral should mature to 15.1HH plus.   (Season's Forever French X Coulee Bend Historian) 2007 Bay Gelding (Picture/Pedigree) 'Max' is the first foal for our mare 'Tory', who was Top Ten in OKC in 3 yr old Western Pleasure in 2005. We are very excited about crossing our Futurity French Command son with our UVM Thomise daughters, and so far, we haven't been dissappointed ! Max is a very correct, very upright gelding with great athletic ability and a wonderful people loving disposition. Max should mature around 14.3 - 15 HH or better. He is nominated to the Alberta Morgan Futurity. Max is offered for sale at this time.

For those of you who remember his 1/2 brother, Coulee Bend Galileo when he won the World Champion Western Pleasure 3 yr old title - well, we think Marque is everything Galileo was and should prove himself to be an incredible WP prospect as well !! All of these foals are born with an incredible maturity and laid back attitude - it's like their born trained !! You only have to look at the terrific track record of Norms siblings to see that he has a tremendous performance career ahead of him.
